DIY: How to Make Money from home producing cool plastic containers

This is another post sequel to my previous post, on making money producing button case. This is another practical post showing how you can produce small containers to hold some house hold stuffs.
This is basically recycling and I would encourage you not just to read, but also try and make something similar.

1, Table containers;
     To make this, you will need; Used pet bottles, Scissors and Electric Pressing Iron

• Simply cut the pet bottles at the base as shown in the image below,
• To ensure the cut edge is smooth, plug your pressing Iron (don't allow it get too hot) and put the cut edge against the surface of the iron. This would reduce or totally eliminate the sharpness of the edges.
• To make it more beautiful, you can perforate the sides (depending on what you want to keep inside) and also do some paintings on it. 

2. Brushes and Make-up sticks holder

By using the same process above, you can also make a brush or make up sticks holder. it's pretty simple, and you can see how colorful and impressive they look. 

What you notice in the two is that the length for this is slightly different from the previous one above.

Imagine how much you'll save, recycling, producing these things for your use at home or probably doing a business.

DIY: More ideas on how to make money from home

I hope you've seen my posts on how to make money from home producing cool plastic containers and also How to make money legitimately producing plastic button cases.

This time around, I saw something more beautiful, and as usual,  I have decided to share. This is also on recycling plastic too. Many of us just throw away this containers and they are really useful, funny enough some of us just gather them to be destroyed or used as fuel for fire.

Today, I am sharing another method on making use of pet bottles to beautify houses. You can do it yourself.

What you need are as follows; pet bottles, a knife, glue/cello-tape/fastener and small fancy buttons/tacks.

• Cut off the neck of the bottle, as shown in the image below
• Put in the knife through the neck and divide it to half the bottle into various parts (6 should be fine) as shown in the image below
• Fold outwards the cut parts to touch the body and tape it round, you can use tacks or glue, just ensure you're doing a neat job.
• And there you go, you have a mini vase for flower, or pens pencils

DIY: How to Make Money Legitimately producing plastic button cases.

According to Wikipedia, Recycling is the process of converting waste materials into reusable objects to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, energy usage, air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from land-filling) by decreasing the need for "conventional" waste disposal.

The recycling business is mainly tapped into by big companies, this keeps their makes them spend less on raw materials and yield more profit. You also can tap into recycling business and make money with the things around you. As a matter of fact, you don't need plants or other big equipment to start making profit.

This is my first post on recycling and I will encourage you to watch this space for more posts relating to how you make money recycling different materials.

Buttons case.

    The image below shows clearly how you can make a case for your buttons and other stuffs.

The design is beautiful and I am sure if you have a little bit of sewing skills won't find it difficult producing this.

• get two pet bottles and cut them at base
• get a zip and attach it to both ends using a needle and thread to neatly sew it round.
• pick a side create a small hole for easy entrance of twine and knot the twine at inside the container as shown in the image below.

DIY: Best and easiest ways to end Back Pain without drugs.

For those of us that sit for long due to the nature of our jobs, some of us experience some sort of pains at our back. A good number of times, we find ourselves punching it, pushing against the wall, trying to twist at different direction amidst others. These actions we take still doesn't make the back pain go.

Most of the time, it is observed that you are suffering from "Tight hamstrings"... How do you know if you are suffering from tight hamstrings? Take this exercise.

Stand up straight, keep your legs together, try touching your toes with your back straight and without bending your knees. If you can't reach your toes and but stop probably around the shin it simply means you're having "Tight hamstrings" which in turn is resulting into the pain you're having at your back. 

However, I have compiled brief exercises here that you should do every morning before you get into your sitting position to ease of the pain at your back.

1. The hamstring stretch;

     Hold for 30 seconds, twice for each leg.

2. Knee to chest stretch;

This method helps strengthen and relax your glutes. Hold for 20 seconds for each leg twice.

3. Spinal stretch.

Hold for 20 seconds and repeat the process on the other knee. You can do this as many times as you want but don’t overdo it

4. The piriformis stretch

          Hold for 30 seconds and repeat with the other leg.

5. Hip flexors stretch

Hold for 30 seconds and then switch and repeat

6. Quadriceps lying down stretch.

Hold for 30 seconds on each side. Do it twice on each side.

7. Total back stretch

Hold this for 30 seconds

Try these exercises and be dedicated to them for a month. You should notice a significant change in your body system.

Difference between presence of God and Gifts

It's another Sunday, and I hope you are doing good. 

Today, I remembered a video clip I watched sometimes ago.

It is a message form Prophet Brian Carn, it blessed me and I am very sure it would bless you too. I took some extracts from it and decided to share it.

A lot of people don't have the presence of God, they just have gifts.
